Best milk in town

There's a new Dairy whose products are available at Whole Foods downtown: "Remember When." They pastureize at a much lower temp (and for a longer time) than other dairies and the result is a milk that tastes as close to raw as you can get. Also, some amino acids and other nutrients are preserved in the process and it's supposed to be really god for you. It's so good, I'm having trouble not guzzling the gallon I just bought. $5.99 per gallon and worth every penny.
