Milk steamer for small drive thru

Need help coming up with a solution for heating up milk for hot chocolate in a small drive thru environment. We won't be doing espresso, so buying a combo steam wand and espresso machine seems excessive. Is there a smaller unit capable of heating 16 oz in a reasonable amount of time?
