Milk prices in Montreal (costco)

Ghostquatre | Feb 5, 201108:43 AM

hello hounds

I'm looking for the absolutely cheapest place where I can get homogenized whole 3.25% milk.
Just went to Segal's Market this morning and it's now 6.07 for Beatrice whole milk.
I know it's a little hard to find cheaper than that, but I was wondering what's the price at Costco's? A little far from the plateau but whenever I get a ride I wouldn't mind trekking all the way there. I saw on the American website that it was 5.53$ for 2 gallons and I doubt we can get that in here. I haven't been able to find any information on whole milk on the Canadian site.

Also does anyone know why milk in Quebec is so much more expensive than in the States? I now consume at least one liter daily and back then i used to drink around 2.5 liter daily and it's costing me arms and legs.
