Milk and honey in desserts??

I guess the subject line says it all... I love this combination and I'd like to use it in a dessert recipe (say what you will, milk & honey seems oddly sexy to me, much more so than chocolate or champagne - I'm thinking of it as an item on my Val's day menu; there's a really, how should I say it, almost primal, "naked" quality to its uncomplicated yet layered taste), but all the recipes I was able to find that use honey only by itself, often in drizzled form or in combination with nuts - not what I'm looking for.

What I am looking for: creamy desserts, flans, panacotta type things, souffles, or any sweet (even spicy) breads and loaf cakes. I had fantastic honey ice cream once (at Al di La in Brooklyn; it was very milky/creamy) but alas, don't have an ice cream maker.

I am not interested in baklava-style desserts, nor recipes where the milk and the honey never get to meet and meld...

Come to think of it, what's the most fantastic honey you know of?
