This may be a strange topic. I use a Nespresso coffee maker with a separate milk frothing thingy. This device holds a couple ounces of milk and heats it up while spinning it into a froth. Consider it a poor mans Cappacino machine.
The issue I have is sometimes the milk will not froth. It comes out flat. The date on the milk container can be up to two weeks before expiration! I suspect I need very fresh milk for this to work. Are there any rule of thumb or go-to labels that consistently froth?
