What's the verdict on Miguel's? Does anybody eat there besides tourists staying in Stowe?
I've heard that it's overpriced, but I've also heard raves from a health-conscious friend who says it's very accomodating for vegetarians (aren't most places these days?) and will serve brown rice instead of white rice, which I find appealing.
We're more concerned with overall quality than with authenticity. It's a Mexican restaurant in VT, after all. Just looking for fresh food (especially the veggies), salad that's more than shredded iceberg, preferably fresh handmade tortillas, but my guess is that that's hard to find around these parts...
What are people's experiences? Thanks.
