Midwest Chows with 1 night in SF

We're going to be in SF next month for one Tuesday night dinner before heading for SFO and the Red-eye flight back east. Hoping to do a blow-out dinner to cap the trip and put us blissfully to sleep on the plane. From persuing the board and other reviews, we've narrowed it down to Gary Danko's, the dining room at the RitzCarlton, or sushi at Kyo-Ya. Which will be the most memorable?
