Love brown rice and we eat it regularly, but it takes about 45 minutes to cook.
Anybody ever use the microwave? Would this work?
I prefer a fluffy, yet not "blown" rice kernel, and my stovetop method gets this right every time. Not sure how the micro would work.
I know I can buy packaged cooked brown rice at TJ's but I'm not interested in paying them to cook, store and transport it to me. I want to cook it fresh myself, but FASTER!
