I was on the hunt for Micro greens this past weekend. I knew that Birri had them all summer long so that was my first stop. I also checked out Chez Louis, Chez Nino.

What surprised me that the price. A nice sized container with the roots at Birri was 5$ (which I thought was reasonable) but a small clamshell container of pre-cut greens at Louiz/Nino was 13$.

Perhaps there's a good reason for the price difference, but perhaps not. I'll admit, I'm not an expert on the matter, but by the look of it, I simply couldn't justify paying 13$ at Louis/Nino.

My question is:

Where can I find good quality/reasonably priced micro greens on the island during the winter months?

I may have to resort to growing them myself, but I may hit an obstacle when my SO find out about my plans...

Thanks in advance!
