I have a very old, from what I understand, it is 1981 model, of a Kenmore Micro-convection oven. I have no idea how to use the convection part of this. I have a card that tells me how to turn it on and the such, so that part is fine, but I have no idea how to cook with it. Can anyone help me? Do I set the temp, for say a roast, at the same temp I would my oven? How long do I cook it? I am so confused, and it is so old, that Sears doesn't have a manual online or hard copy for it. Please help!
