Michelin's 2019 Bib Gourmands for the San Francisco Bay Area

Melanie Wong | Nov 21, 201804:54 PM

Eight newcomers joined the list of 68 Bib Gourmand-listed restaurants: Ciccio, Dyafa, El Molino Central, Gran Electra, Luna Mexican Kitchen, Nyum Bai, Soba Ichi, and Teni East Kitchen.

Eater says the ones on the list last year that were dropped are: Aina, Brown Sugar Kitchen (closed), Kappou Gomi (closed), Michel Bistro (closed), Monti’s, Sir & Star, and Tacos Sinaloa. https://sf.eater.com/2018/11/20/18103... Of those still open, none seem a likely candidate for achieving a star this year as a reason for not making the list.

None of last year's Michelin-starred restaurants were demoted to Bib Gourmand.
