I've just ordered the new Michelin guide for New York's restaurants and hotels over the net. I've also heard over the grapevine that one of Michelin's pet project will be to compile a similar red book for Toronto/Montreal. If so, the impact on Toronto's food scene will be un-real! Fellow chowhound, any Toronto establishments deserve more than one star? If so, which ones? The most intriguing scenario will be to see how many stars they will give Eigensinn Farm!!
