This is not going to count as a discovery for anyone, but I was blown away today by how good the pates are at Michel Richard on Robertson. The country pate was really really good, flavored with smoked bacon throughout.

Just wanted to shout that out.

Other good charcuterie experiences? I really loved the head cheese at Fraiche recently. Tete de veau persillé.
