I am a non-meat eating, shellfish allergic person going to Michael Mina next week. I am pretty familiar with MM's food from previous restaurants, and am interested to see if anyone who has been to this latest one has suggestions that are not based around meat and shellfish.
I'm a pretty light eater, i.e. I don't generally enjoy super heavy, buttery, rich dishes. I know MM's whole schtick is lots of foie, lots of lobster, lots of truffles, etc. etc., and so am wondering if anyone has any specific menu suggestions (besides the tuna tartare)?
