Miami Seafood

Vital Information | Jan 10, 2002 02:54 PM

A few weeks ago, I wrote a very incomplete post on Miami/Cuban seafood, especially Miami River seafood. Well, in the process of communicating with a potential Miami visitor, I got a bit more info.

I found a nice article from the Miami Herald on Miami River spots. The second (of three places mentioned) Garcia's, is the one I remember.

Plus, I was trying to think of a place WAY out west. Well, I found a reference to a place called Bimini Pescardaria near the turnpike. I am not exactly sure if this is the place I remember, because the place I remember was, I thought, on SW 8th (Tamiami Trail) and this place is on Flagler, but I as you will see if you follow the link below, you will find that the place is near the turnpike. And I had remembered the place the name as something Bahama. Well, whats more Bahamian than's a link to the place, with the ability to get directions and a map:

I'd love to hear if anyone knows the Bimini place.
