Restaurants & Bars 3

Miami and Sanibel

We're visiting the area again this summer, so I was checking the board for updates on some of our past faves. I didn't see anything new about Garcia's in Miami. Is it still good? Anywhere better for an on the water, not too fancy/expensive experience? We liked Garcia's a lot, but one time, there was a bad odor (from the River, not the restaurant). ANy other good chow places? We might try Martini's. WE've been getting emails with coupons from them, and from many postings, it looks like a good place to try. Last year, we also liked Panini. Comments? This is the first time I'm going down with adults, instead of my kids, so I'm looking forward to more interesting choices, so, write em down and post em!
We'll also be going to SAnibel/Captiva for a few days. I know it's not a culinary wonderland, but any places to be sure to visit or to avoid?
As always, thanks for any and all suggestions.
