Via Mia -- San Jose

This is a good, regular performing, pizzaria on Saratoga Avenue in West San Jose. I've been giving them 100% of my Clan's business since Mountain Mike's tanked.

Recently, I tried the Founder's Original, a chicken-and-artichoke topped pizza with pesto sauces. It was mighty fine eats. The daughter-units enjoyed a medium Hawaiin (I just don't see how pineapple and ham work can provide such a workable solution to pizza) and large triple cheese. Prices are moderate (and with a coupon combo from their website, it's easy to feed large gatherings.

When they promise the pizza will be done in 10-15 minutes, be there within that time frame. They are accurate within seconds.

The only minus is delivery. I gave up on the delivery guys ever figuring out where my castle is. The place is close enough that I can save on tip and be there-and-back-again without any inconvenience to me-and-mine, though.

Give'em a try if you want a good pizza.
