Mi Lindo Yucatan- going downhill?

I have probably eaten at MLY about 12 times or so in the last year, afer discovering it on this board. For the past four months or so, the food seems to be tasting progressively worse. A lot of the basics are still right on- the lovely homemade tortillas, the stewed meats (cochinita pibil). But other dishes that we'd liked just don't taste the same. Case in point: the tostada de ceviche, on the appetizer list, used to be nothing short of a revelation. Every time we took a friend to try the place, they'd take one bite of it and their eyes would pop open in delight. Sometime around September, the fish and shellfish in the ceviche started tasting not-so-fresh, then around december they went to all shrimp which seemed to not have the same juicy marinade, and now recently when we've ordered the dish there is a thick unpleasant smear of crema below the fish.

I've never been to the branch in Noe Valley, so I'm not sure if this trending also applies there.

Anyone else notice some changes?
