My pollo jones is acting up. Looking for Mexican style roasted chicken in Seattle. Preferably the whole bird cooked on a rotisserie. Served with rice, beans, tortillas, and salsa. The type of place that just does chicken. The kind of place that might have a few small tables and a lot of take out business. Not a place with linen, goat cheese chiles rellenos, lavender flan, and $$$$$$ tequila.
