Best Mexican in El Paso (West side)?

I know this has come up before, and some restaurants are strong in some areas but weak in others. But I’m specifically looking for a good overall “go to” place to take out of town visitors. I’m looking for somewhere that has the best overall combination of the following:

- El Paso-styled Mexican cuisine (ie not Tex-Mex), and spicy!
- near the West side or not too far of a drive
- mariachis a plus
- good margaritas a plus, but not necessary

We’ve been a lot of places but not a quite a while, so I’m not sure how the quality has changed at some (Casa J’s for example). Chopes obviously has the best chili rellenos (yum!) but not sure if there’s something closer that would be comparable? And any thoughts on Andales? Is the food at west side and east side ones about the same?
