Has anyone found a place in Chicagoland that serves mananitas de puerco en huevo, or Pig's Feet in Egg?
The pigs feet are boiled to cook, then eggs are whipped to use as a coating (like chile rellenos). The cooked pigs feet are dipped in the egg batter then fried.
Good dish, not good for the arteries.
My father used to make this one.
