This morning, I made fresser's millet muffins, and wow, who ever knew that birdseed could taste so good? They are by far the best muffins I've ever made. I did substitute 1/4 cup applesauce for 1/4 cup of the butter, and I added a little molasses since there wasn't enough butter to cream up the brown sugar. Even my husband (not a muffin fan) was impressed. My 5 y.o. daughter found them too crunchy, but my 3 y.o. enjoyed them. Worth picking up some millet!
