Metro-Accessible Markets?

big o | Sep 10, 2004 11:29 AM

Hello, folks.

I've left my car back in NY while I'm working down here in Arlington, and grocery shopping has proven to be an elusive activity. I can walk to the East Falls Church Metro station in about 5 minutes, so...

Is there any shopping to be had near the other (preferably close-by) Metro stations? Groceries, produce, meat, fish, bread, etc. It would be nice if quality was high, and I don't necessarily need to buy everything in one place (shopping back home usually involves walks to Chinatown, Little Italy, SOHO, the Village, and the LES). However, since transportation is a bit of an issue, the less complicated it is, the better.

I'd appreciate any help.
