I would like to make Gobi Tikka Masala and recipe calls for methi leaves. First of all, is there a substitute for methi leaves. I prefer organic. I live in North Orange County, Ca and probably Indian stores would have this, but would like to know a really good brand to buy. Amazon has an organic one which only has 5 reviews.
