I made basmati rice, the persian way. Except i got distracted by my pet doing stupid stuff and i over boiled it
Now i have this sticky, heavy rice. It's well cooked and tastes allright, it's just the texture is almost like a paste!!!! Persian rice isn't meant to be sticky. It's fluffy and dry.
I made about 4 pounds of it. I hate throwing food out =(
Can i make anything else out of this?
Please help me salvage my failure.
