I am hosting about 15 people tomorrow night for New Year's Eve and am worried I won't have enough food. Any thoughts on what last minute dishes I should add to the following spread:
-saffron shrimp skewers
-bo ssam (my first attempt at this korean pulled pork shoulder in lettuce wraps!)
-meatballs with spicy tomato sauce
-bacon wrapped dates
-spiced pumpkin seeds
-bacon/caramelized onion/gruyere flatbread
-persian eggplant dip with pita
+ a friend is bringing a baked camembert and two others are bringing sweets. People are coming around 7:30 and we are heading out to go dancing at 10 or 10:30. Is this enough food or should I add another make ahead dish?
