I'm hosting a vegetarian meal for families. It's an afternoon party, but the theme is "breakfast served all day" (don't ask, it's complicated and irrelevant!) The main dish will be the NY Breakfast Casserole from the Smitten Kitchen cookbook, which is basically a strata made with bagels, cream cheese and grape tomatoes. I think a fruit salad will go nicely, and I'll have granola and yogurt more as an alternative rather than a side. What am I missing?
