6 couples each take turns hosting and setting potluck menu for our dinner club. Soom I will host and I'm hopeful to set a menu that pulls from volume 1 of mastering the Art of French cooking. Personally, I've only ever tackled a couple soups and vegetables ... But I'm anxious to branch out. I'd love ideas for creating a menu (I will be responsible for the main dish, guests will bring the other items). Please recomend a menu ... Thanks!
