A bunch of New Yorkers will be in Memphis this weekend for a bachelor party. We're heading to Rendezvous for some good ol' Memphis style BBQ. The last report I could find on chowhound indicated that the quality may have deteriorated recently, and that the ribs are sometimes dried out and tough. But that report is from April 2004.
Any new reports? Any must-try items from the menu? Thanks.
I should mention that the plan at Rendezvous is already set, so we can't relocate to another establishment, but I'd love to hear any advice.
