After sampling most Bay Area BBQ joints, perhaps 20 in all (remember The Sultan's on Divisadero?), I think I've found the best Texas brisket in the area, even surpassing Bo's BBQ in Lafayette. 18 hours of smoking, almost-black crust, 1/4-inch smoke ring, fork-tender, EXCELLENT! It warrants exploring the rest of their menu and checking out the Sunday brunch. Kudos!
