Last night on a suggestion we hit Fat Mo's in Millington--a branch of the "Best Burger In Nashville" chain. It was pretty good; solid burger, good fries, excellent onion rings, okay shakes, skip chicken nuggets and/or tenders.
A few weeks ago, we tries Bradley's Germantown Location, and I was impressed. Burgers cooked in the Dyer's tradition (in a big cast iron skillet with old old grease), but with the addition of more interesting toppings than available on the traditional Dyer's sandwich. Cheddar, for instance. Also, hand-cut, well-cooked fries. No shakes, however, much to my wife's dismay. (We made up for it at the Ben & Jerry's ice creamery two blocks away later).
Both of these have been added to Huey's, Belmont, and Dyer's as hound-worthy hamburgers. Anyone else have suggestions?
