Looking for a memorable meal in Westbury or thereabouts

I grew up in Westbury but moved away 44 years ago! This is my first time back in all those years although I've been to Manhattan countless times in the intervening years. We're coming up for a wedding and have one night free for dinner. Looking for anything from fancy shmancy to hole in the wall. Price is no object, but a memorable meal ( in terms of food quality, service, experience) is. Although we're staying in Westbury, we'll have a car and are willing to drive. Any suggestions?
