So I've recently learned how versatile cast iron is!
I love steak but thought it had to be grilled outdoors. That's until I saw a few cooking shows on cast iron.
I procee proceeded to pick up a Staub cast iron grill skillet & some wagyu.
From that weekends , I was hooked.
Since then I've picked up a regular (lodge) CI skillet, a Mario Battali CI pizza pan (they only had Mario Battali).
