A Mediocre Meal at Sa Rit Gol

Ingrid | Mar 12, 2006 08:14 PM

I'm disappointed to report that I had a very mediocre meal at Sa Rit Gol on Friday evening. Usually, the panchan is bountiful and tasty - the fish cakes are firm and fresh, the spinach is blanched perfectly, and the daikon is crispy. On Friday, the panchan was sparse and what we were given tasted soggy and unfresh. (Not rancid, just not bright and fresh.) The bulgogi was gristly and the dol sot bim bam bap came out merely warm (rather than sizzling) and the rice was just soft with no yummy crispies to nudge off the sides with a spoon. We've had too many good meals to write this place off because of a bad night but I'm concerned ...
