Medicine Eatstation -- Japanese temple food?

tara | Aug 4, 200508:20 PM     8

Anyone know anything about Medicine Eatstation, in the 100 block of Sutter, between Montgomery and Kearny, on the south side of the street?

It's right next door to the Crocker Galleria and appears to be accessed via elevator. Construction seems near completion, and the job posting for cooks and "expeditors" I found on craigslist says it'll open on August 5.

The posting also says it'll be a "large, ultra-modern restaurant which will be the first in the U.S. to serve the cuisine of Japanese Zen Temples." Inquiring minds want to know!
