Meaty Beef Ribs

Charley101 | Jun 2, 201807:55 AM     14

Where can I buy beef ribs? I do NOT mean the tiny little meatless things that they sell as short ribs. I would like to buy a whole rack of beef plate ribs. 3 or 4 bones, about 6-7 inches long with meat on them. The rack should weigh 4-5 pounds. When I ask at the butcher shop I usually get a blank stare. Has anyone had any success finding these? I have occasionally seen them for sale on line but at prices that are quite ridiculous. Thanks.
