I know a meatloaf thread has been done before and I know that it's preference that denotes the recipe.
Care to share a perfect one? I would love to make it for my husband. Mine always falls apart when slicing it up. I let it rest, so it's a bit cooler and not so tender. I read once about using Stove Top in the recipe and maybe I even did that years ago. Would like a recipe that will knock his socks off.
His mom does shredded carrots in hers as well as Saltine crackers, but her recipe (not that she makes it anymore) calls for Accent/MSG. Like I want my tongue to swell.
Please submit if yours is the best. When I get home on Tuesday night, I'll stop at the market to insure proper ingredients for one. TIA
