I confess; I am. I usually bake my meatballs, especially when doing a batch like I'm doing today - beef & veal meatballs in Marinara sauce.
Before they even have a chance to see the sauce, I'm taking still-hot meatballs off the tray - only one, really - just to see how they came out. Mmm, that's good, let me just nibble another one - yum. Make a quick count of how many are left; okay, I'll put 25 in the sauce - there goes the third (it would've been number 26). Stop, already!
Any other guilty parties out there?
