I would like to buy a meat slicer. I love smoked top round but it is difficult to get the super thin slices with a knife. I am willing to dole out the cash for a once in lifetime purchase. What don't want is to buy a meat slicer which takes up half my kitchen. What I am looking for is the best slicer which is strong, relable and not the size of a Volkswagon. I appreciate any help or input.
