For Christmas this year, I ventured to the meat market area on Randolph St. I stopped at the first one that had an open parking spot, and walked out with a boneless beef roast for $8.60/lb, and though it was Choice,not Prime, it was probably the best piece of meat I have ever cooked. I don't remember the name, but it was a very European atmosphere. When I asked a question about cooking it, they all got involved, but deferred to Grandma. Does anyone have an opinion or ratings of who the best/worst are? There are so many! Oh, then I stopped at Northwest Cutlery and got some knives sharpened. What a difference!
