Help me settle a raging controversy in our household (OK, it's really not a raging controversy, but it does cause spirited discussion).
What is the best recipe for meat loaf? Should you use sausage? Veal? Stuff it with eggs? Cheese? What kind of herbs, spices? Should you use breadcrumbs? Eggs? Should the meatloaf be spicy?
Also, what's the difference between meat loaf and pate? In other words, when is it not meat loaf anymore but pate?
