meat loaf

reprised paul prudhomme's cajun meat loaf last night. it's dish washer intensive. tasty and moist to a fault. mashed potatoes and peas on the side. a normal gravy with mushrooms sealed the deal.

prep took me about an hour (my knife skills need a lot of work). looking forward to left overs.
