Meat grinders? What is recommended?

Looking at the past threads, most of them are very old so here goes...

What home use (non-commercial) meat grinders do you have? Or, what grinders have you used outside of your home? What advice and recommendations do you have?

I'm looking to basically make my own custom hamburger blends and various sausages and snacks. I want a stainless model, not a cheap plastic hunk of junk that is excessively noisy. I am initially looking at the Weston Pro-Series, probably the 8# model but I can be swayed in a different direction. I don't want to be forced into cutting my meat a lot to fit small grinder throats so, a 12# model isn't out of the question though a 22# is simply too big and heavy with a grinding capacity that really doesn't make sense for me in normal use. Sure, if I kill ~12 feral hogs in a couple of days I could use the extra production but, I also don't really need ~1K pounds of ground pork either.

The others I have looked at in this price range seem somewhat competitive but, most of them have pretty small throats feeding the grinder which is a turn off for me. I'm not sure what I would use the reverse function for other than clearing a jam but I tend to think that is really unlikely in the Weston's with reasonable use. 6# versus 9# per minute rate isn't a big concern as most of my use will be with smaller quantities and even a 100#'s of feral hog carcass, worst case is only 15 minutes grinding plus how much time it takes to slice meat and empty the grinder bowl.

I should also note, I WILL NOT be grinding pet food so the bone grinding features of the bigger grinders is not a feature I care about with this unit. If I get into larger numbers of feral hogs and find there is a market for fresh pet food ($), I can justify purchasing a 22# or 32# model for the barn that will support that production need.
