Meat Grinder Advice, Please

I'd like to buy a meat grinder and have some questions I hope some of you can answer. We will be using the grinder mostly to grind lamb, goat, and venison, maybe beef chuck and short rib meat, but also, sometimes, more delicate things like poultry. We'd like something that's powerful enough to do poultry bones as well, if possible. I estimate the most we'll ever grind in one session is 30 lbs of meat, more often something like 5-10 lbs.

Does a KitchenAid meat grinder attachment work well enough for these purposes? I think the stand mixer model we have has a 1HP motor. This would be our cheapest option, but I don't want to go that way if it doesn't grind well or if it's very hard to clean and maintain.

What are some good stand-alone models? This one is well-reviewed. Does anyone here know anything about it?

And, last, is it a bad idea (or equipment overkill) to buy a used professional grinder?
