My much loved Houde Family Farm meat CSA closed about two years ago. I have been casting about for a replacement since then, unsuccessfully. I just signed up for Snow Farm pork and beef CSA based on a mention on another chowhound thread. Three (beef) or four (pork) deliveries in the fall, and there is also a lamb share, if desired. Beef is $320/30lbs, Pork is $380/36lbs and Lamb $240/15lbs.

David Hull is the farmer. I can't find a website, but his facebook is www.facebook.com/snowfarmvt or email is snowfarmvermont@gmail.com

His latest email indicated that beef is 1/3 full and pork/lamb are 1/2 full, so shares still remain.
