I credit chowhound for inspiration. Sunday was veal scaloppine in capers/white wine/lemon juice with pasta and tomato sauce and focaccia. Yesterday was pulled pork sandwiches with potato salad and broccoslaw. Tonight is Thai green curry basil chicken with potatoes and green beans on jasmine rice. Tomorrow (marinating) will be beef kabobs on pita bread, with eggplant salad and beets in sour cream. What should be next?
