I have had great luck with McKinnons in Salem, NH. However, occasionally they use terms that I don't understand. I was there today and, as usual, they put a flyer with their specials in my bag. There is a special for "TOP SIRLOIN MEDALLION". I don't get much help on the internet looking for the definition.
