A 100 easy miles round trip from Sarasota; was it worth it? You betcha! The Italian bread, crusty , tasty, made in a brick oven, superb; some of the specialties in the butcher section...very interesting. Kobe beef for $10.99 pound, speciallly prepared chicken breast stuffed with whatever... We bought it all. Provolone cheese from the deli is not that good but the Genoa salami was good and a good value. Also the olives good tasting but not a real value. They wanted $4.99 lb for peperoncini hey, give me a break. They had a featured red Italin wine for $15.; it should have been priced at $7.00. Will I return? Of course.
