Hello all! I have recently been aquiring more copper cookware pieces. I wanted to get a copper skillet bimetal pan but couldnt decide between the M250B 30 cm frying pan, a 32 cm falk or 32 cm de buyer. I prefer the aesthetics of bronze handles (I know that they get hotter more quickly than cast iron) and am not a big fan of the brushed look that falk has. I have a 28 cm saute pan from falk that cooks well but isnt my favorite looks-wise. Do you all think that the extra 2cm is worthwhile to get a 32 cm pan? I considered the Debuyer pan but I am unsure of its thickness. Id really appreciate any feedback.
