Was your Mauviel this beat up too? Defective?

noff | Nov 27, 201901:08 PM     20

I purchased 6 Mauviel frying pans recently from Amazon and Cutleryandmore. 3 sold by Amazon and 3 sold by Cutleryandmore. And they had minor defects like the pictures I have attached. This is a near $300 premium cookware, and so I expected it to be in a perfect condition. I'm surprised that all 6 of them were like this, and now I am starting to wonder if all Mauviel products are like this (defected).

I didn't buy all 6 at once but I got them one by one as replacements. I ended up wasting a month without a frying pan. I am sick of getting a replacement that will also be defected. I'm not happy with this defected item but I do not want to waste anymore time.

Please share your experience.

p.s. I thought Mauviel products suppose to have a life time warranty? Amazon only offers few weeks to return it unused. MauvielUSA.com said, "we are just a distributers. Talk to Amazon." Fellow Mauviel users in USA, how did you get the life time warranty?
